Order & Fulfillment Policy
General
$13 Order Minimum Of Any Cookie Assortment Required For Online Purchase. This order minimum does not apply to our physical storefront bakery.
All orders placed through our website will receive an order confirmation email or text, whichever method the customer chooses during checkout. This same method of communication will also be used to give shipment tracking information to the customer (that is updated by UPS) as well as let customers who are picking up their shipments from us when their order is ready.
An order can be cancelled only if we are notified immediately after the purchase is made.Ā
Refunds will only be issued after an order is prepared for instances when we have made an error. Orders that are cancelled before preparation are certainly eligible for full refunds in most circumstances. See our Refund Policy for more details.
As we are in the food & beverage industry and since our products have a limited shelf-life, we do not facilitate the return of items.
Storefront
Our storefront operates on first-come first-serve basis. We do not accept call ahead orders for our storefront. Customers should orderĀ "Local Pickup" on our websiteĀ if they wish to order in advance to have cookies ready for pickup. See Local Pickup below.
Our cookie selections in our storefront are the cookies we have the mostĀ of in stockĀ of on any given day. There is no schedule of when we sell certain cookies. If you would like to see a visual of which cookies we are serving on any given day, then please check our Story Posts on Instagram and Facebook.
Local Pickup
Orders will be ready for pickup on the business day they are placed if the order is placed before noon EST. Orders placed after the noon cutoff time will be prepared on the following business day. Our business days are Mon-Sat and orders can be picked up between 1-5:30pm in the afternoon. If you cannot pickup between those hours, then please reach out to us so that we can make arrangements for you to pickup outside of our normal business hours.
Shipping
Shipping orders are preparedĀ very quickly. We ship out orders same business day if the order is placed before noon Mon-Fri EST. We do not ship on weekends as carriers do not transport new shipments on Saturday and Sunday. Order placed after 12pm will ship out the following business day (Mon-Fri).

All of our carrier rates are dependent on the customer's shipping address proximity to our bakery (shipment center).
Your cookies will be sealed in cellophane plastic and labeled individually. Your shipping box will be sealed in shipping tape and filled with newsprint stuffing paper so that your order arrives with being damaged.
